Thanks. I did this but didn’t realise you could use images. I now have a drop down list (1-5). Please could you tell me how to place the images? I’m fairly new to EE but I’ve already got a basic site up and running. Just learning as I go along! Thanks once again!

You don’t need any add#ons for that.
Create a custom field, e.g. a Dropdown with values from 1 to 5 (or however many stars you want). Set that when posting and display images accoringly.

Could someone please tell me the easiest way to rate entries myself - and then display the rating. I don’t want visitors to rate any posts (I want to rate them and just display the star rating).
Is there a way to specify the rating in the publish area of EE?
